Screen Printing

Minimum order is 12 pieces. 

Screen printing is the process of applying an image or design to materials by the use of a stencil. Screen printing is commonly used on aprons, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and a wide range of promotional items. Screen Printing involves numerous steps. Each color is applied through a separate screen. Screen printing provides a highly durable image and is very economical for large runs.

Aprons & Smocks offers the following screen print price structure based on quantity ordered. These fees do not include the price of the product:

• Buy 12-71 for $4.47 each-1 Color
• Buy 72-143 for $2.80 each-1 Color
• Buy 144-287 for $1.97 each-1 Color
• Buy 288-499 for $1.72 each-1 Color
• Buy 500-999 for $1.55 each-1 Color
• Buy 12-71 for $6.30 each-2 Color
• Buy 72-143 for $3.80 each-2 Color
• Buy 144-287 for $2.80 each-2 Color
• Buy 288-499 for $2.47 each-2 Color
• Buy 500-999 for $2.05 each-2 Color
• Buy 12-71 for $8.13 each-3 Color
• Buy 72-143 for $4.80 each-3 Color
• Buy 144-287 for $3.63 each-3 Color

In addition, there is a set-up fee based on the number of colors in your artwork. A set-up fee applies to new and repeat orders.

Embroidery

No order minimum. 

Aprons & Smocks offers the following embroidery price structure based on quantity ordered. These fees do not include the price of the product:

• Stitch count-Up to 12K, 1-5 pieces $10.20 each 
• Stitch count-Up to 12K, 6-18 pieces $9.03 each 
• Stitch count-Up to 12K, 19-72 pieces $6.99 each 
• Stitch count-Up to 12K, 73+ pieces $5.73 each 
• Stitch count-12K-18K, 1-5 pieces $12.50 each 
• Stitch count-12K-18K, 6-18 pieces $10.54 each
• Stitch count-12K-18K, 19-72 pieces $8.69 each 
• Stitch count-12K-18K, 73+ pieces $7.35 each 
• Stitch count-18K-24K, 1-5 pieces $20.00 each 
  
• Stitch count-18K-24K, 6-18 pieces $19.30 each 
• Stitch count-18K-24K, 19-72 pieces $15.60 each 
• Stitch count-18K-24K, 73+ pieces $12.50 each 

In addition, there is a cost to create a digitized version of your artwork. A set-up fee applies to new orders:

• DST file creation, $49.00 one time fee and does not apply to repeat orders as long as the art does not change. 
  
• A customer may provide a DST file which will waive the digitization fee, only a sew out fee will be applied prior to production to test the file at $15.00.
• Should a DST file have to be reworked or changed it is $33.00
