I purchased this smock with the express purpose of wood lathe work.
It works great! Lightweight, sheds the chips, short sleeve, choice of colors, and the embroidery is well done.

These are the perfect tops for the job I do (factory/shipping) They wear well,have the pockets I can’t work without and the price is not bad for the quality.I had my most recent purchase embroidered and there were two flaws with that. The script looks like it is not quite level and the machine crimped the interfacing underneath but this does not show on the outside and I needed this top for shop photos so I was not about to return it. All in all I am still very happy with my purchases and will order more when the need arises and would recommend Apron and Smocks in a heartbeat. know how to do this.
